Incorrect Address Submission and Delivery Issues
I Put the Wrong Address In, and the Package Was Delivered Somewhere Else. What Should I Do?
Unfortunately, you will need to place a new order and ensure that your address is updated correctly in your profile. We are unable to offer refunds for address errors.
I Mistyped My Address, and Now My Package Is Being Sent Back to You. What Should I Do?
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will need to cover the cost of shipping for it to be resent. We will send you a PayPal invoice to pay the additional shipping fee before we can resend your order.
I Changed My Mind About My Order and No Longer Want the Package. Can I Get a Refund?
All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or cancellations on orders. Please double-check the sizing and quantity of each item before completing your purchase.
Can I Track My Package?
Yes, you can. For U.S. orders, we ship via USPS. After placing an order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your package.
My Package Is Late and Still in Transit According to USPS Tracking. I Want a Refund Because It’s Late. What Should I Do?
The post office does not consider a package lost until it has been 30 days in transit, so unfortunately, a claim cannot be filed before this time has passed. Refunds cannot be issued until the 30-day period has elapsed.
Please note that during holiday seasons, shipping times can be slower, and delivery may take several weeks. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
If you selected Priority Shipping, please contact us immediately at customersupport@glitterandcharms.com so we can address the issue promptly. For First Class (slower) shipping, if you have not received your package after 30 days, we can open a claim on your behalf for a refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delayed or lost packages. While such instances are rare, they can occasionally occur with USPS. Most of our shipments arrive very quickly, with customers typically receiving their orders within a few days.
